WADDI ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, and shared when you use the WADDI mobile application and related services.

  • Order Information: Restaurants, products, order details, prices, order history, delivery status, and related transaction information.
  • Payment Information: Information necessary to process payments. Payment information may be processed by authorized third-party payment providers where applicable.
  • Device and Technical Information: Device type, operating system, app version, IP address, device identifiers, crash information, and diagnostic data where applicable.
  • Communications: Information you provide when contacting customer support, restaurants, delivery drivers, or otherwise communicating through WADDI.
2. How We Use Your Information

We may use collected information to:

  • Create and manage your WADDI account.
  • Process and manage food orders.
  • Determine delivery locations and routes.
  • Connect customers with restaurants and delivery drivers.
  • Provide order and delivery status updates.
  • Process payments and transactions.
  • Provide customer support.
  • Send service-related notifications.
  • Detect fraud, misuse, and security incidents.
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the application and its services.
  • Comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
3. Location Data
WADDI may request access to your device location to help determine your delivery location, display relevant restaurants or services, and facilitate delivery.
Location information is used only for legitimate application functionality and according to the permissions granted by the user.
Users may manage location permissions through their device settings. Some WADDI features may not function correctly if location access is disabled.
4. Sharing of Information
We may share only the information necessary to provide the requested service with:
Restaurants: Order information and necessary customer or delivery details may be provided to the restaurant preparing your order.
Delivery Drivers: Delivery information, including the delivery location and information necessary to complete the delivery, may be provided to the assigned driver.
Service Providers: We may use trusted third-party providers for services such as hosting, authentication, maps, notifications, analytics, payment processing, and technical infrastructure.
Legal Authorities: Information may be disclosed when required by applicable law, regulation, court order, or lawful governmental request.
WADDI does not sell users' personal information.
5. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse.
Where applicable, personal and sensitive information transmitted between the application and our servers is protected using secure encrypted connections.
However, no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide WADDI services, maintain legitimate business and transaction records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
When information is no longer required, it may be deleted or anonymized in accordance with applicable requirements.

Users may request deletion of their WADDI account and associated personal information.
Account deletion may be available directly through the application and/or through the account deletion method provided by WADDI.
When a valid account deletion request is received, personal information associated with the account will be deleted unless certain information must be retained for legitimate legal, regulatory, fraud-prevention, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.
8. Permissions

Depending on the features used, WADDI may request device permissions such as:

  • Location access.
  • Camera or photo access, where necessary for a user-requested feature.
  • Notifications.
Permissions are requested only when necessary for relevant application functionality and can generally be managed through the device settings.

WADDI may integrate third-party services necessary to operate the application, such as mapping, authentication, cloud hosting, analytics, notification, and payment services.
